Title: Memory-leak through video preview. RAM grows infinitiley Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New Bug description: When creating a video project with mp4-files (Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)) and the preview is running the memory of the systems grows extremly. Assumption: The slowdown / freeze of the programm happens after many preview images have been created in short time. Let's say I hold down the position marker and scroll through the time line. Not clear if it's only a problem with the hs264 codec. I have documented the memory usage. The same project file is opened with OpenShot 2.2.0 and 1.4.3 on the same computer. The memory usage is shown in the bottom right corner of the screenshots: http://abload.de/image.php?img=openshot1.4.3_ramkizg3.png http://abload.de/image.php?img=openshot2.2.0_rampibc9.png The OS is Xubuntu 16.04.01 LTS. Melt version for Openshot 1.4.3 is melt 6.0.0 Melt version for Openshot 2.2.0 is the one of the PPA.
