Public bug reported: I have a picture that I want to zoom in on during the video. I use the properties for the clip and select Zoom 75% to 100%. It works, but the rendered video is 'sloppy' for lack of a better word.
As the image resizes the edges of it are all wavy and it just looks clunky. The picture is a JPG. I have tried exporting the video as MOV, MP4, and Ogg using the Medium and High settings. I also tried to select the HD720 59.94 fps format. Every combination is the same. The video exports fine and generally is good, but I cannot use the zoom because it does not look nice. Note that I do the same thing through Premiere Elements 12 on the same hardware (dual boot) and it renders smoothly so it cannot be a hardware performance problem.
