My PC runs the kernel 2.4.2
The scsi code was patched with
"scsi241_ey2.diff.g" posted on this mailing list
by Doug Gilbert on Feb 8, 2001.
(The patched file was in the 2.4.1 tree when
the whole tree was patched with 2.4.2 kernel diff and stayed in there.)
scsi disk is on a scsi chain attached
to Tekram dc390u2b and is driven by 53c895 driver:
