FP_SAVE/RESTORE macros
1. start_cpu0() isn't a normal callable function because it doesn't
return to its caller. Change ENDPROC -> END accordingly.
2. early_idt_handler_array() and early_idt_handler_common() aren't
callable functions. Change ENDPROC -> END accordingly.
