The "docbook" is SGML DTD suite. Analogous to "lets write it in HTML.."
See readymade packages needed to convert DOCBOOK style source
text into some redition at RH 7.x:
*docbook*
*sgml*
*jade*
*pdf*
*tex*
I think those are sufficient.
