Do not want kvm_set_memory (cases: DELETE/MOVE/CREATES) to be
suspectible to:

vcpu 1                  |       kvm_set_memory
create shadow page              
                                nuke shadow page
create shadow page
                                nuke shadow page

Which is guest triggerable behavior with spinlock preemption algorithm.
