2.4.1 loopback FS partial fix

For the other list readers with problems:

I used patch 2.4.2-pre2  (not pre3) 

plus axboe's loop-4 patch  (in the people directory).

  [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/pub/linux/kernel/people/axboe/patches/2.4.2-pre1

It solves most problems here.
