__v4l2_ctrl_s_ctrl_int64() may fail, please add error handling.

Also, __v4l2_ctrl_s_ctrl_int64() doesn't acquire the control handler mutex.
You'll need v4l2_ctrl_s_ctrl_int64() here instead.
