[PATCH] gpiolib: cdev: convert stream-like files from

Eliminate the following coccicheck warning:
./drivers/gpio/gpiolib-cdev.c:2307:7-23: WARNING: gpio_fileops: .read()
has stream semantic; safe to change nonseekable_open -> stream_open.
