[PATCH] misc: vop: set VIRTIO_F_ACCESS_PLATFORM for vop driver

Set VIRTIO_F_ACCESS_PLATFORM feature for vop driver, as the DMA mapping
details shouldn't decide on the virtio implementation, but the host PCIe
implementation.
