No, pcmcia is in $(mod-subdirs), which leads to "make" entering
drivers/net/pcmcia when MAKING_MODULES, even if pcmcia is only in
$(subdir-y).
BTW: CONFIG_PCMCIA is a tristate, so the above would break
CONFIG_PCMCIA=m.
