2.2.16 and 2.2.17 nfsroot boot problem with D-Link DE-220PCT

Well that didn't work either! I took out APM from 2.2.17 and the now the system resets immediately following the "Booting Kernel" message.   Anybody got some good pointers for debugging a kernel at boot time?   Thanks, Eddy
