Yes, I have bunch of changes in my tee that have not hit the mainline yet. The patch wasn't actually gererated off 2.6.21.5; I just verified that it spplies to it.
However, the patch succeeded so I retested without i8042.noaux and that worked. Here's the dmesg output:
