Unless I'm a proper wombat that entry is not in the mainline MAINTAINERS file. You have two entries CAFE CMOS INTEGRATED CAMERA CONTROLLER DRIVER OMNIVISION OV7670 SENSOR DRIVER but none for docs? thanks, Tobin.
