We get 1 warning when building kernel with W=1:
drivers/hsi/controllers/omap_ssi_core.c:181:6: warning: no previous prototype
for 'ssi_waketest' [-Wmissing-prototypes]

In fact, this function is declared in
drivers/hsi/clients/ssi_protocol.c, but should be declared
in a header file. So this patch moves the function declaration
to include/linux/hsi/hsi.h.
