Hi,

This is version depends on Luis' '[PATCH v4 0/5] firmware: add SmPL
grammar to avoid issues' series [1]. Because of that I was able to get
rid of loading_timeout and firmware_loading_timeout() in the
!FW_LOADER_USER_HELPER_FALLBACK case.
