This patch don't need the CLK_SET_RATE_PARENT flag. As Tomasz's comment, the mux of divider's parent don't need this flag. Sorry for confusion. I'll drop the CLK_SET_RATE_PARENT flag. Best Regards, Chanwoo Choi
