The kernel/head_64.S has L3_PAGE_OFFSET definition which is not used anywhere. It was introduced in the a6523748bd commit (paravirt/x86, 64-bit: move __PAGE_OFFSET to leave a space for hypervisor by Eduardo Habkost <ehabk...@redhat.com>), but still not used anywhere.
