Set IORESOURCE_SYSTEM_RAM to the flags of resource ranges with
"System RAM", and "Crash kernel", which is a child node of
System RAM.

Change kexec_add_buffer() to call walk_iomem_res() with
IORESOURCE_SYSTEM_RAM type for "Crash kernel".
