PCSP isn't in the kernel because the DRIVER was kludgy.
Khttpd is in because it isn't...
If you really want a driver for the PC speaker in the
kernel, why don't you show your commitment by writing one
which isn't kludgy ?

You may want to consider fixing them. If you're capable of
making statements regarding the achitecture of the whole
system, surely you'll be able to do such a simple task as
cleaning up device drivers?
