2.4.0-test9 (and maybe test8) had some significant changes that broke
several USB drivers, including cpia USB.

Should be fixed in 2.4.0-test10-pre3.
If not, please report it.
Also, if there's a problem, please test with both of the
uhci host controller drivers.
