test9-pre4 bugs

Tried running pre4, here notes:

1) scsi devfs: /dev/scsi/host0 is now /dev/host0, /dev/scsi exist
   but is empty.
2) lots of messages: Warning - running *really* short on DMA buffers
   No oops yet.
