Hi List, I am using RedHat 6.1 (PCQ CD), and using P II with 64 MB RAM, 8MB I am facing a strange problem with COMPAQ V75 monitor that i have. When i am working in X, after a while the monitor (blinks) suddenly produces a click sound and the screen becomes blank and within a second the display is again restored. This event happens periodically (approx after every 45 min or so). I am afraid if X is doing any damage to my Hardware ? As this thing does not happen with WinNT. Any clues ?
