Today I install Redhat 6.1. I like non-gui system so i like to use wvdial in non-gui . Do it possible ? I config /etc/wvdial.conf file like this : [Modem 0] Modem = /dev/ttyS0 Baud = 115200 Init 1 = ATZ Init 2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 S11=55 +FCLASS=0 [Dialer Defaults] Modem = /dev/ttyS0 Baud = 115200 Init 1 = ATZ Init 2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D1 S11=55 +FCLASS=0 [Dialer nestar] Username = nestar Password = xxxx Modem = /dev/ttyS0 Phone = 726669 Baud = 115200 Stupid mode = 0 After finish this conf. i try to connect , its display like this :---> --> Wvdial : Internet dialer version 1.40 --> Initializing modem --> Sending : ATZ ATZ OK --> Sending: ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 S11=55 +FCLASS=0 ATQ0 V1 E1 SO=0 &C1 &D2 S11=55 +FCLASS=0 OK --> Modem Initialized --> Configuration does not specify a valid phone number --> Configuration does not specify a valid login name --> configuration does not specify a valid password. ---------------------------- Please help me how can i solve this problem and use wvdial in non-gui for internet.
