Hi guys!

I got few problems when trying to make a diskless
client.i use caldera open linux 2.3.my client machine
is able to get the i.p address from the server ,after
that it tries to load the tagged image .But at this
stage it says " BOOTP record too large" and goes to
sleep after that .
I had given full access to the tagged image and also
included the i.p address in hosts.allow file.

On the server side the bootpd start up as soon as the
client makes the request.but the in.tftfd starts at
some time after bootpd then imediately is goes
off(it's not there when i listed the process)
Can anyone provide me some solution for this problem.

my inet.conf file
tftp dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/tcpd
 in.tftpd (is this right)
bootps dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/tcpd
 bootpd

Thanks in advance,
naveen.
