Hey,
It is very easy. Unzip or extract the skins into
/usr/share/xmms/Skins/
( the directory is not made by default. Make it yourself )
for access to all users.
For specific users put it in their home directory under
.xmms/Skins/
Put each theme under its own directory under the skins directory
Unzip them.
