I wanted to install FreeBSD from an ISO image that I have on a hard-disk.
I don't have a CD writer to burn a CD. Is there any way I can install the
OS from the image, directly, in Linux ?
I was reading abt how they burn images, and came across mention of
something called a "loop" device. Could that device of any use to me ?
Please help.
