[LI] Compiler Error

Hi all,

   I have RHL 6.0 running on my system. When i try to compile any c program
using cc/gcc.
I get this error.

cc:Internal Compiler Error : Program cpp got fatal signal 11

I want to know what files have got corrupted and how to replace it.
