Not easily. Your choices:
1. Versions of lynx allow you to specify a custom User Agent string.
2. Use a proxy and let the proxy do the UA rewriting
3. Use lib www perl module and write your custom browser.
4. Hack the netscape binary (You are on your own if you choose to do this).

What "anonymity" does changing your UA string give you? Would you, by any
chance, be ashamed of running Linux and want people to think you are
running WinDOS '98? If a site is "designed for WinDOS", I'd start by
boycotting the site. Believe me. The site needs you more than you need
the site.
