Yes. Let me guess - this is a dlink / via-rhine / rtl8139 card? Throw it
in the dustbin... its not fit for use on servers - thanks to this feature
(owing to poor design)
Get yourself eepro (Intel Ether Express Pro) or 3Com cards. Damned costly
but worth it on servers.
