They are at many different sites all over the world. Your distribution
surely shipped with sources, so you should check their FTP site in case
you don't have the source media (and you will also have the enhancements
to the software by your distribution as well).
A fine repository of linux software is freshmeat.net. prep.ai.mit.edu and
metalab.unc.edu also have large linux software collections.
