Hi all This is not very urgent but it's quiet annoying... I have sound nicely ocnfigured and working at home. However when I try to change the volume thr. mp3 player controls, i.e. either increase or decrease, it always decreases. My default is 50%. Even if I take it to 100%, actually it decreases. It increases to a louder level only after I slightly(unnecessarily of course) change the balance from kmix. This happnes with kmp3, xmms and freeamp. I have never played with aumix and in KMIX all controls are stuck to 100%(reagrdless of what they do. I don't care... :-)) I have sis630(ESSSolo1) on board sound on 2.2.16-3, RHL6.1....
