You'd have to grab newer versions of several other rpms where the software
uses glibc I expect.
Suggestion: If thats a rh 5.x box ask your co-lo provider stateside to do a
full distro upgrade. It will cost you far less to pay the guy then spending
several hours with the box down, fixing wahtever has broekn
