I don't any any issues with LibrePffice 5.0.x on Debian testing (tried CTRL+B, CTRL+C and CTRL+V while in Hebrew layout). Kaplan I install on ubuntu 14.04 libreoffice5.1 in parallel following: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/Linux But still can't CRTL+c CRTL+v while in Hebrew.
