Off-topic, but I saw the following error today in my mail log: dsn=5.7.1, status=bounced (host aspmx.l.google.com[2a00:1450:4013:c01::1a] said: 550-5.7.1 [2001:0:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx] Our system has detected that this 550-5.7.1 message does not meet IPv6 sending guidelines regard ing PTR records 550-5.7.1 and authentication. Please review 550-5.7.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=ipv6_authentication_error for more 550 5.7.1 information. Looking further I noticed that I installed the package miredo and forgot about it. Perhaps I should set up a server somewhere and link my clients to it. Some of my requests to gmail go through it. And on the same note: SoftLayer still doesn't provide IPV6 addresses. -- Tzafrir Cohen | tzaf...@jabber.org | VIM is http://tzafrir.org.il | | a Mutt's tzaf...@cohens.org.il | | best tzaf...@debian.org | | friend _______________________________________________ Linux-il mailing list Linux-il@cs.huji.ac.il http://mailman.cs.huji.ac.il/mailman/listinfo/linux-il
