Just people who need a computer to do certain tasks. The types who formerly used Windows and Mac before there was a better alternative. Last century our goal was to make Linux easy enough so that just plain computer users would choose and use it. We succeeded. So now we get "I don't like Unity so Ubuntu is not an option". We succeeded. Personally, I think our next task is to pull the just plain users up to our level, before they pull Linux down to theirs.
