Hi all, today I blogged about how to customise the Qt 5 behaviour under KDE 4:
http://shlomif-tech.livejournal.com/69991.html This is important because now the Qt 5 based VLC-2.2.0 (on Mageia Linux 5/Cauldron) behaves inconsistently with the rest of KDE. Finding a solution for this involved some web searching and reading some code and I have no idea how someone who isn't very tech-savvy could figure it out.
