Then I got to http://rachelmelaketet.com/archives/566 . 2. The info in the blog post itself was out of date, but there was a comment there that referred to http://www.hometheater.co.il/vt188272 . 3. This referred to https://raw.github.com/xbmc-il/radio-il/master/vlc/radio-il-vlc-online.m3u, which in turn contained a link to http://xbmc-il.com/radio-il.m3u . 4. I downloaded the .m3u and inspected it using a pager . 5. This contains a link to https://github.com/xbmc-il/radio-il which is a project on GitHub for maintaining a list .
