The alx driver was merged into the mainline kernel a few days ago (commit ab69bde6 "alx: add a simple AR816x/AR817x device driver"). Its list of supported PCI IDs include PCI_VENDOR_ID_ATTANSIC:ALX_DEV_ID_AR8162 (= 1969:1090). Kernel version 3.10 which is about to be released in a few days, should have support for this hardware out of the box. baruch -- http://baruch.siach.name/blog/ ~. .~ Tk Open Systems =}------------------------------------------------ooO--U--Ooo------------{= - bar...@tkos.co.il - tel: +972.2.679.5364, http://www.tkos.co.il - _______________________________________________ Linux-il mailing list Linux-il@cs.huji.ac.il http://mailman.cs.huji.ac.il/mailman/listinfo/linux-il
