Next thing you know, the Technion's chemistry department will close down its labs, since students can use them to produce meth... If a student wants to actually do a chemistry experiment, he can rent a table in a nearby chemistry-lab-for-hire, and do it there. People come to the Technion to learn. To learn, you need to be allowed to experiment.
