The file which I want to send already contains the subject and recipient. It is a complete message, ready for transmission to my E-mail provider's SMTP server. I cannot just delete the header lines, because the entire file is a MIME multi-part file (the message has an attachment). So I want to just have the file delivered to my SMTP server, without any modifications. I did not find the way to do it - it's whatever mutt is doing after having prefixed its stdin's contents with the header (recipient, subject, date, etc.).
