Hello, I'm using Mageia Linux, the community fork of Mandriva Linux, and since there isn't an Israeli mirror, I've been getting crappy bandwidth from its international mirrors[1], which has been disrupting my work as a Mageia Linux packager and user. I believe there are other users of Mageia Linux in Israel.
