There isn't something that does that. My suggestinon - if you are not going to send more than 10 a day. You could automate the sending of SMS via the carrier's website. I tried automating the login and SMS sending pelephone, but didn't get it to work. There used to be scripts for it, but they stoped working.
You would have to code it.
