I'm sure I could if I was an Oracle marketing rep, but I really don't care. I use Linux, Solaris, and 3 different BSD and they all have their good and bad points. YMMV. I didn't bother to look at your link but if you don't like what I wrote, think of the value of comparing whatever OS you are talking about running on *Itanium* to running it on x86. That's not exactly a sound basis for comparison :rolleyes: I was suggesting to the OP it might be good to try a different OS on *his* hardware if he has a nice box and isn't happy with the performance. I don't see the crime in that and sorry some of you found it so offensive.
