Stellarium seems overly focused on photo-realism. Truth be told, though,
it taxes my neuvu driver beyond its capabilities, which means that the
menu appears incredibly garbled, and I have not been able to figure out
how to change its settings.
I also tried celestia, which has all the features I need, but has a too
complicated UI for my taste thus far. I have not been able to make it
display things from the earth perspective, never mind the specific
location (Tel Aviv, in this case).
