The mail sent from it (or by it - it is used as remailer too) is not rejected from Yahoo, Gmail and many other mail servers (I did not check Hotmail, but as no mail returns from it, I assume it works too). I did get some rejects from revers DNS checker that don't do it right. I think Hetz's email rejection is either because of improper setting of its SPF, or because his IP is in some mail blacklist (you can use http://www.dnsbl.info/dnsbl-database-check.php to check).
