WinTV PVR-150 is an analog PVR card. Stan was asking for a Digital terrestrial card. Analog is going to die soon, and its frequencies are planned to be reused for more digital channels. In fact, the last official date for Analog turn-off is 2-2-2011 (yes, 10 days from now!)
