This position is within the Cluster Development group, responsible for developing clustered infrastructures modules such as failover system, clustered database, clustered installation and node management modules. The various modules are written using the C++ language over GNU/Linux operating system. The ideal candidate will have very strong C++ experience; will love the challenges of very complicated, distributed systems; will be innovative and will have great personal skills. Educational Requirements ------------------------ The position requires first degree of computer science or experience in IDF technological units. This position is within the Cluster development group, responsible for the management API, system configuration backup, configuration and monitoring interfaces including server and frontend side development. The various modules are written using different technologies, such as: C++, Perl, XML DOM, XSLT, and shell scripts in a GNU/Linux environment. The interfaces team is a part of a large and complex product; therefore the work includes interaction with other teams across the development group and integration with offshore R&D departments. The ideal candidate will have very strong C++ and Perl experience; will love the challenges of very complicated, distributed systems; will be innovative and will have great personal skills.
