How about the Nokia N770 Internet Tablet + FBReader as an e-book reader? It runs Linux and is very comfortable, although it's a smaller LCD screen...
FBReader has Hebrew support, but I wonder how do I get Hebrew e-books to use on it....? .:====================================================:.
