Ok, thansks, I'll try that.
I want it to go to a voicemail box. The i extension does not work.
exten => 1234,1,Dial(SIP/geoffreymendelson)
exten => _X.,1,Voicemail(geoffreymendelson)
2. How do you force the context for an external SIP device or
system. I
have an X-Lite softphone and I want to FORCE the calls to a
context. It
always uses the context of the domain name. The context= setting in
sip.conf does not work. Note, I want this to work no matter what is
in
the context setting, if there is one in X-Lite itself.
in sip.conf:
[xlite]
...
context = the-context-you-want-to-force
If this does not work, you messed something with the authentication.
Also - disable guest login.
Doesn't work, I'll look at the autentication.
exten => 1235,1,SayUnixTime()
I was thinking more of "at the signal the time is"..... time .....
"beep beep beep beeeeep" (repeats).
Thanks, Geoff.

New word I coined 12/13/09, "Sub-Wikipedia" adj, describing knowledge
or understanding, as in he has a sub-wikipedia understanding of the
situation. i.e possessing less facts or information than can be found
in the Wikipedia.
